Ground floor

Via the gate you enter the walled in patio (25 m2).
This gives access to the former stable of the house (35 m2), which nowadays serves as a storage room.
Next to the stable door is the front door. Via the stairs you will get to the

1st floor

Here you will find a spacious living room (32 m2). The living room is furnished with a two seater and a three seater sofa and a coffee table.
There is a big screen television with a satellite receiver. With this you can receive all the free channels of the Astra satellite under which all important news channels (amongst others CNN, BBC-world, Sky-news).
There is a dvd-player and a mini stereo set with subwoofer. There is a dining table with four chairs and a wood burning stove in the living room.

Via the living room you will enter bedroom 1 (10 m2). There is a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a large wardrobe and a dressing-table with a mirror.
In the living room as well as bedroom 1 the ceiling consists of authentic beams.

In the living room you will enter via a small stairs the kitchen. Here you will find a breakfast bar with two bar stools. The kitchen is completely equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, mixer, juicer, toaster, microwave with grill and a fridge with a deep-freeze compartment. Of course there is an ample supply of kitchenware.

Next to the kitchen is the bathroom. This modern room (8 m2) is equipped with a toilet, bathroom unit, washing machine and a shower cabin with a thermostat tap. In between the kitchen and the bathroom there is a small hall with cupboard space and shelf space for all kinds of supplies. You will also find the ironing-board, an electric iron and a vacuum cleaner.

Via the stairs in the living room you will come to the

2nd floor

Here you will find bedroom 2 (10 m2). In this bedroom there are two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) and a small wardrobe.
Through the balcony door you can enter a spacious balcony split on two levels. On this balcony you have spectacular views on the Sierra Nevada.

On this floor there is also a very spacious roof terrace (25 m2). This roof terrace is partially covered and faces south. In the winter you have sun all day and those who like to sleep in late can enjoy their breakfast outside. In the summer you can use the covered part of the terrace for shade in case it's too hot in the sun. The terrace is equipped with an authentic Spanish table, 4 garden chairs and a barbecue. From this terrace you have views of the village and the hills surrounding Torvizcón. The entire second floor has traditional beamed ceilings.

Why should you rent our house?

Because our house is equipped with many things that you will not always find in another holiday home, or you may not be aware of in advance such as:

• Washing machine
• Satellite tv
• Fully equipped kitchen with for instance a coffeemaker, a microwave and a toaster
• North European sized beds (length 2 metres!)

In brief: Well equipped and not too luxurious.
Furnished comfortably and completely because we live there ourselves occasionally.
