Prices per week:

The rental period can start at any day of the week.
Costs of final cleaning (compulsory): 40 euro.
Rent of kitchen, bath and bedlinen (compulsory): 10 euro per week.

Long term rent : 595 euro per month.
Long term rent applies to rental periods longer than 3 months.
Would you like to rent the house for a periode longer than 3 weeks but shorter than 3 months, you can get in touch with us for a quotation.

Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation of your reservation request you have to make a down payment of 25% of the total rental sum. Not until we receive this down payment your reservation request is final. At least 30 days before arrival you are obliged to pay the remaining sum.

On cancellation until 30 days before the arrival date the cancellation costs are 35%. On cancellation until 7 days before the arrival date the cancellation costs are 90%. After 7 days the costs are 100%.

Torvizcón is a village with narrow, steep streets. The house is therefore less suitable for people who are not very good walkers. You can park the car nearby, but not directly in front of the house. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. On the balcony, the terrace and the patio there is enough opportunity to smoke. Ashtray is available.
